The IAM recently negotiated mid-term contract adjustments at PSA Airlines: 

• Complete new wage package effective DOS  2018 – starting rate $19.50 + License $2.00 = $21.50

         FAA Airframe - $1.00
         FAA Powerplant - $1.00
Avionics Technician $2.00

• Mid Term pay adjustments: 5/27/19
• Geo-premium based on location (for recruitment and retention purposes)
• Mid Term A&P License increases –    FAA Airframe - $2.00

FAA Powerplant - $2.00
Avionics Technician $4.00

•  New Starting rate of pay  $21.09 + License $4.00 = $25.09                         
• DOS + 24 months +3%
• DOS + 36 months +3%
• DOS + 48 months +2%
• Top Rate (10 years) $31.38 + License $4.00 = $35.38
